Kevin Ratliff

A longtime resident of Vancouver, Kevin opened the Pillar To Post franchise in 1998. The business grew quickly to the successful operation it is today. Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, he attended the University of Southern Colorado. Kevin moved his family to Vancouver in 1984 to go to work with a local steel manufacturer. He has many years of business managerial experience, leaving the steel business after 14 years to start his own company. His inspection expertise is highly respected and he also teaches classes on inspections. Kevin has served on the Clark County Association of Realtors as an affiliate director and volunteers his time for the area’s many events and committees. In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, reading, working on projects around the house, and spending time with his family. Kevin is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector #235 and a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector (WSDA #57612).

Lorri Ratliff

Lorri is the marketing/office manager. Born in Florida and having lived in Oregon, Colorado, California, Washington, and Alaska, Lorri settled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration-Computer Information Systems and a Masters of Arts degree in Secondary Education. Her career with Pillar To Post® came after a long career in computer information systems and information technology in 2003.   Lorri enjoys being a “volleyball mom”, traveling, reading and working out. 

Jeff Barnd

Jeff joined Pillar To Post as a professional inspector in 2001 after a career as real estate agent.   Jeff knows homes inside and out ... he even helped construct his current home.   He is a life long Clark County resident and resides with his wife and son in Yacolt. Jeff enjoys horseback riding, is a car enthusiast and spends his free time with his family. Jeff is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector #236 and a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector (WSDA #62679).

Brian Gustafson

Brian joined Pillar To Post as a professional inspector in 2003 following a tenure as the Home Department Manager of Fred Meyers. Brian knows homes from the parts in the crawl space to the shingles on the roof. He is a life long Clark County resident and resides in Vancouver. Brian is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector #237 and a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector (WSDA #65539).

Jordan Howard

Raised in Clark County, Washington, Jordan has a broad knowledge on construction methods and material used in all types of applications.  He started his construction experience with Home Depot as a regional trainer and order coordinator for contractors with new and old construction projects. Working his way through college after receiving his degree in computer technology, he began doing inspections for real estate investors and was responsible for remodeling purchased homes.  After starting his own general contractor business in 2007, he now joins our team. He is a licensed Washington State Structural Pest Inspector #76280, a certified Pillar to Post foundation inspector, and a Certified Manufactured (FHA-HUD) Home Tie Down inspector.  Jordan enjoys spending time with his two daughters and wife, is a motorcycle enthusiast and looks forward to working with you. Jordan is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector #328 and a Licensed Structural Pest Inspector (WSDA #76280).
